A.The online Hunter Safety Course is available to anyone at any time. However, field days are generally only available from April through October. Field Days might be difficult to find in the fall and completing the online course does not guarantee a seat. You will receive a link to the field day calendar once you complete the online course.
A. In order to pass the online hunter safety course and get your Field Day Voucher, you must pass each chapter quiz with a grade of at least 80%.
A. Once you have successfully completed the hunter safety course you will be permitted to make payment for the Field Day Voucher. The one-time course fee is $29.00.
A. Contrary to popular belief, hunting is one of the safest sports around. This is mainly due to the fact that most hunters take gun safety and hunting safety very seriously. Careless or reckless behavior while hunting can lead to serious injury to one self or to innocent bystanders. This is why New Hampshire requires most hunters to take hunter education courses, and to follow the 10 rules of firearm safety at all times when hunting.
A. You can take the online course at any time, day or night. However, courses must be completed within 90 days of payment at which time your access to the course will expire.
