A hunting license may not be issued to any person who was born on or after January 1st, 1975, unless the person submits to the license agent a certificate of training or proof of completion of a course approved by the I.H.E.A or the director of WV DNR 20-2-30a.
All deer hunters during deer gun season must wear at least 400 square inches of Hunter Orange on an outer garment.
