In order to print your Permanent Hunter Education Card, go to the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Online Licensing System at onlinesales.wildlife.state.nm.us and print your Customer Identification Number (CIN) card.

A. In order to pass the online hunter safety course, you must pass each chapter quiz with a grade of at least 80% and the final exam with 75%.
A. The one-time course fee is $29.00.

A. You can take the online course at any time, day or night. However, courses must be completed within 90 days of payment at which time your access to the course will expire.
