How to Book your West Virginia Hunter Safety Practical Exam
Once you have completed the online portion of your hunter safety course you must attend and pass your final written exam, and get your West Virginia Hunter Safety Education Certificate.
The practical exam is conducted by a DNR-certified hunter education instructor.
To locate and sign up for a practical exam in your area, go to the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources website at wvdnr.gov. You will not be admitted to the class without a West Virginia Course Practical Exam Voucher.
In order to obtain the West Virginia Hunter Education Certificate, you must pass both the online AND Classroom Practical Exam portions of the Hunter Safety Course.
