Once you have completed the online portion of your hunter education course and passed the chapter exams with an 80%, you are ready to register for your final written exam. Contact a local Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables Field Office in your area to register for the final written exam. After passing the final written exam, you will receive your Nova Scotia Hunter Education Certificate and be able to order your Wildlife Resources Card (WRC).
In order to obtain the Nova Scotia Hunter Education Certificate, you must pass both the online AND final written exam portions of the Hunter Education Course.
To locate and sign up for the Final Hunter Education Exam in your area, go to the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources and Renewables website. You will not be admitted to the final exam without your HUNTERcourse.com Certificate of Completion and proof that you have successfully completed the Canadian Firearm Safety Course (CFSC).
