How to Get a Replacement Oregon Hunter Education Certificate
If you have lost your Oregon Hunter Safety Card you can request a replacement card through the ODFW. Simply download the replacement card form, and sent id to the ODFW along with the $10 replacement card fee.
Lost Hunter Safety Follow-up Class Voucher
The Field Day Voucher is required to attend the Oregon DWR 5-hour Internet Follow-up Field Day. If you have lost your Voucher you can sign in to your exam center and print out a new copy. You can also contact HunterCourse at 1-866-495-4868 or e-mail info@huntercourse.com and we will send you a copy of your voucher.
