North Carolina Hunter Education Requirement

No person, regardless of age, may procure a hunting license or hunt in this state with out first producing a certificate of competency showing completion of a hunter safety course or a hunting license issued prior to July 1, 1991, or a signed statement (shown on the license) that he or she had such a license.
