How to book your Kansas Hunter Educated Field Day
Before you start the online course you must pre-register for the internet-assisted hunter education field day and testing session of your choice.
Once you have completed the online portion of your hunter safety course you must attend the 6-hour Follow-up Class in order to finalize training, pass your final written exam, and get your Kansas Hunter Safety Education Certificate.
The 6-hour Internet assisted hunter education field day and testing session will consist of a number of different hands-on activities and a written final exam. The class is conducted by a DWP-certified hunter education instructor.
To locate and sign up for a internet assisted hunter education field day and testing session in your area, go to the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks website at www.kdwp.state.ks.us. You will not be admitted to the class without a Kansas field day qualifier exam certificate.
In order to obtain the Kansas Hunter Education Certificate, you must pass both the online AND Classroom portions of the Hunter Safety Course.
