Nova Scotia Hunter Education Course – Overview

To complete the Nova Scotia Hunter Education Course:

1. Register with the Nova Scotia DNR
   Register as a student on the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) website. Choose "hunter education online" for your course option.
2. Pay for your course
   From the Nova Scotia DNR site, you will be returned to HUNTERcourse.com. Confirm your information and pay for your course. $24.95 + HST.
3. Take the online course
   Complete the HUNTERcourse.com online course.
4. Pass the final written exam
   After completing the online course, contact your local Nova Scotia DNR office to schedule your final written exam.
5. Order your Nova Scotia Wildlife Resources Card
   After passing your written exam, call the number provided to order your Wildlife Resources Card (WRC). The WRC contains a record of all your hunter education certifications.
